  • We are classified as Out-of-Network (OON) providers with commercial insurance plans and we are not enrolled providers with Medicare at this time. You may still be able to use your OON benefits, which many PPO plans have available. Upon request, we can provide a Superbill for you to submit to your insurance for potential reimbursement. Please note that we cannot guarantee reimbursement, and payment is due at the time of service. For more details on submitting claims, click here.

  • Yes! We are a medical service and can accept Flexible Spending Account (FSA) and Health Savings Account (HSA) payments for most services we provide. We can provide a superbill (similar to an invoice), which can usually be submitted as proof of services for reimbursement.

  • No, we provide quality outpatient type services that are conveniently delivered in your home or office. Our services do not qualify as home health services, and therefore do not have the same requirements.

  • No, Georgia allows for direct access services for OT and therefore we may start services without a doctor’s order. However, under certain circumstances you may be referred to a physician for further evaluation. We are also happy to accept a referring physician’s order and treat accordingly.

    Some HSA and FSA accounts may require a doctor's referral in order to be reimbursed for services.

  • No, we bring everything you need for quality hand therapy care at home. Access to a microwave, sink, tabletop and outlet may enhance your therapeutic experience.
